About Lynn Lane

Lynn Lane is a photographer and artist who enjoys working in a variety of styles and mediums that are all very distinctly his own. He is currently the official photographer for the Houston Grand Opera as well as the Alley Theatre. He primarily shoots in the arts, fashion and commercial arenas and has his work published and exhibited internationally on a regular basis. Lynn is also the Founder/Artistic Director/Sound Artist of the Transitory Sound and Movement Collective.

Having moved back to Texas after living in NYC and Europe for 18 years, he is thrilled to be back in the place where he was born . Lynn was named the “Best Photographer in Houston” and one of the Top "100 Creatives" in Houston by the "Houston Press". He is currently represented by WONDERFUL MACHINE.

Lynn's background is quite diverse but from a creative standpoint. He has owned an interior architecture/furniture design company in NYC, that has been profiled in a very large variety of the top international publications and is still represented in NYC and Connecticut where his design work/pieces are sold.

His fine art has also been shown internationally in galleries and museums. As a documentary filmmaker, Lynn was represented in London and NYC and he has curated a variety of film events as well as having been in various international film festivals.
